JF_UpgradeCommittee

The Committee will assess and improve the JF Program Process, Structure, and Evaluation System, including:

1. Content (Symposium, Symposium Sub-themes, etc.)
2. Deliverables  (e.g. hands-on activities, workshops)
3. Realtime activities (Webex Web conferencing,  phone meetings, expert talks)
4. Annual Structure and Scheduling (sequence, duration, and focus of EVA periods)
5. MF Core Intercultural and Global Competencies defined in Strategic Plan

The Committee will evaluate these components and make recommendations for approval by, first, the Junior Fellows, followed by approval by the BOD.  These recommendations will consist of an annual schedule and program design for Junior Fellows and an EVA (evaluation) system that accurately measures JF performance in all of its components.   The Committee will begin work in October with the expectation to complete its work in January, 2008, in time to begin implementation of approved recommendations for the second EVA period.
