Activities and Sessions
Cultural Presentation
The cultural presentation is an activity that has been developed in all JFOs and this year will be no exception. We expect this presentation to show the audience a part of the culture of your country, which could be presented from different perspective. It could be typical dances, music, folklore, history, costumes, customs, etc. All campuses will have 20 minutes for their presentations and 10 minutes between each presentation to get ready. Please do not exceed the time limit.
Please inform Patty Ortiz (portiz@meltonfoundation.org) if you have specific requirements for your presentation, like loudspeakers, projector, etc. Please email her before Wednesday, July 28.
Team-up Session
This year, we are not going to ask you to present your Team-up work to the audience; instead, we want you all to work in small groups and discuss the thesis of each group. In those small groups, each one will present the thesis you have identified in your Team-up group work, explain them and highlight the interesting parts of the discussion that led to the main topics.
Something from My Country
This year we want to ask all of you to bring "something" from your country. It could be anything that you would like to share with the group and explain the significance or meaning of it. It could be handicrafts, games, any typical decorations, etc. We will use them to also decorate our meeting room.
