Education Impact Grant (EIG)

Education Impact Grant (EIG)

The Education Impact Grant provides individual fellows with funding for their travel and lodging so that they may actively contribute to and gain from educational and network-building activities sponsored or co-sponsored by the Melton Foundation.

The MF sponsored or co-sponsored activities that fall under the EIG grant travel and lodging apply are:

* The Symposium (Senior Fellows).
* Junior and Senior Fellow Orientations (selected Senior Fellows trainers).

Mutual Capacity and Development Grant(MCDG)

Mutual Capacity Development Grant (MCDG)

The Mutual Capacity Development Grant helps fellows develop skills and gain knowledge that advance their professional, intellectual, and personal development while simultaneously enabling them to help improve the capacity of the MF Network to which they belong. Specifically, the grant covers investments in training, education, conferences and workshops or other learning activities in line with the MF’s Guiding Principle or strategic criteria.

Partnerships For Positive Change

Partnerships for Positive Change Grant

The Partnerships for Positive Change Grant enables groups of MF members to implement, in partnership with an appropriate and relevant outside organization, a project or activity which is aligned with the MFs core Guiding Principle criteria. The goal of this grant is threefold:

1. Help fulfill the MF’s mandate to, through its network of fellows: “bring positive change to the world;”
2. Create opportunities to expand activities beyond the institutional confines of the MF by working with non-MF organizations;

The Melton Innovator

The Melton Innovator

The Melton Innovator Grant is designed to stimulate creativity and entrepreneurship among MF members so that they can create and implement novel, high-impact approaches to fulfilling the Melton Foundation’s mission.

Typically, the Melton Innovator will comprise the larger of MF grants and is designed to support inter-cultural teams or groups of MF members.

Travel Together Grant

Travel Together Grant

TravelTogether was put into place to enable all fellows of the Melton Foundation, regardless of their financial situation, to travel in MF countries to explore a culture more profoundly and from multiple perspectives.

Connectivity and Network Strengthening Grant

CONNECTIVITY AND NETWORK STRENGTHENING GRANT

The Connectivity Grant is designed to subsidize the costs of communication tools that enable Senior Fellows to contribute actively to the MF Network through its collaborative and interactive programs, projects, and activities.
Only Senior Fellows are eligible for this grant.
